per person, or allocation of time based on number of speaker cards submitted, not to exceed a 30
minute total time limit) - Public comments for Special Meetings are restricted to items listed on the

· Field Trip to Selected Locations – Individuals will be responsible for their
own transportation. Please help by carpooling on the field trip portion.
