If any mistakes are made by the police department, or if you
discover new damage or missing property, please be aware that a report
and an inventory was made prior to the tow yard taking possession of
your vehicle. If you feel there has been damage to your vehicle, you
should make a claim against the tow yard. If you feel that property has
been stolen from the towed vehicle you need to make a crime report in the city where the vehicle was towed.
