City of Rohnert Park Recreation has numerous
facilities that are available for rent for your special event.
The
following are facility rental rates for the Rohnert
Park Senior Center, Burton
Ave Recreation Center,
Ladybug Recreation Center,
and Rohnert Park Senior Center.

APPLICATION
PROCESS
Reservations for
use of facilities must be made in person by an adult 21 years or older by
contacting the Recreation Department
at the Community Center, 5401
Snyder Lane, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.,
Monday-Friday. Telephone reservations
will not be accepted.
Reservations for
use of the facilities may be made up to a year in advance providing the deposit
is paid. Cancellation of facility less
than sixty (60) days prior will result in forfeiture of 50% of the
deposit. Cancellations made thirty (30)
days or less prior to the event will result in forfeiture of 100% of the
deposit. An administrative fee of $25
will be charged for any cancellations prior to the sixty (60) day period.
Reservations
will not be accepted without a damage deposit.
The deposit is refundable after the use date and will be returned to the
applicant in approximately 2 to 4 weeks, unless damages, additional maintenance
repairs or services are assessed. The
clean-up fee is non-refundable. All
rental and insurance fees are due thirty (30) days in advance of permit date
and must be made payable to the City of Rohnert
Park.
Any group using
city facilities must provide proof of insurance using the city's designated
forms for a minimum of $500,000 for property damage and public liability. The City of Rohnert Park must be named as additional
insured. Those unable to purchase such
insurance may contact the Recreation
Department for assistance in obtaining it for an additional fee.
All reservations
and payment of all fees (including insurance) must be made at least thirty (30)
calendar days in advance of the event.
Groups using the Community Center at no charge are limited to normal
hours of operation (Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-9 p.m.).
The City
reserves the right to cancel, reassign or otherwise adjust reservations to
comply with the demands of its own programs, community programs, or emergency
requirements.
