In cooperation with Rohnert Park Disposal, the City of Rohnert Park
conducts Community Clean-Up days twice a year for Rohnert Park
residents. For 10 consecutive days, once in the Spring, and again in
Fall, residents can get rid of unwanted debris at NO COST. To find out
the exact dates of the next Community Clean-Up please call: 586-2283.
Community Clean-Up is for Rohnert Park Residents ONLY. (No
residential property management or commercial disposal.) Proof of
residency such as a driver's license, utility bill, etc. will be
required at the gate. There will be NO exceptions. For debris criteria
and other information refer to the information below.
Location: Rohnert Park Stadium at 5900 Labath Avenue, Rohnert Park
Hours of operation: 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. everyday of the 10-day event.
Materials Accepted at Community Clean-Up
Recycling containers are provided for:
- Cardboard and other paper products
- Glass, plastic and aluminum bottles or cans
- Scrap metal (washers, freezers and other appliances)
- Green waste (clean yard waste only)
- Wood waste
- Tires (4 tires per household. No rims. No commercial tires.)
Reuse containers will be available for:
- Toys
- Clothes
- Books
- Other reusable items
Refuse containers are provided for rubbish.
Rohnert Park Disposal will accept computer monitors and TV's for a
$25 fee per unit to cover processing and disposal of their hazardous
wastes.
Materials NOT Accepted at Community Clean-Up
The following materials are NOT accepted
- Asphalt/concrete
- Soil/rocks
- Treated wood
Also, no hazardous waste will be accepted:
- Motor oil/filters, antifreeze, auto batteries
- Paint: oil-based or latex, paint thinner, stains
- Fluorescent tubes, compact fluorescent bulbs
- Wax, polish, bleach-based cleaners, oven cleaners
- Pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, weed killers
- Household batteries
- Nail polish and remover
- Liquids / sludge
- Photochemicals
- Pool chemicals
- Any products with the following labels: Poison, Danger, Warning, Caution, or other precautionary statements

Service for Disabled Individuals
If you are unable to transport bulky items due to
physical disability or frailty, you may request an appointment to have
materials picked up at your home at no cost. Residents must place items
at curb on the day of their appointment only. You must schedule an
appointment for this service (limited number available). To schedule,
please call Rohnert Park Disposal at 586-2283, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. during
the Community Clean-Up days.
