In
2004, the City of Rohnert
Park adopted its Public Facilities Finance Plan (PFFP)
which outlined a comprehensive strategy for managing the costs of capital
facilities, maintenance and services that are impacted by new development. This
Public Facilities Finance Plan Update (“The 2006 Update”) updates the Nexus
Analysis and Mitigation Fees for capital facilities. It also presents strategies
for bond financing and for funding new demands for maintenance and
services.
