Permits: Encroachment Permits and Transportation Permits Print E-mail

ENCROACHMENT PERMITS:

The City Engineer's office located at City Hall administers Encroachment Permits. Encroachment Permits are required pursuant to Rohnert Park Municipal Code, Chapter 12.04. Applications are available at the Engineering Department, 130 Avram Avenue or on this website. Permits are required for making an opening or excavation for any purpose in any City Street or public right of way. For example, if someone wants to widen their driveway approach apron or install a drainpipe through the sidewalk, these require an encroachment permit.
