The following are facility rental rates for the Rohnert Park Community Center, Burton Ave Recreation Center, Ladybug Recreation Center, and Rohnert Park Senior Center. Call 588-3456 for information.

A $5.00 key deposit is required for Burton Avenue Recreation Center and Ladybug Recreation Building. The key must be picked up the Rohnert Park Community Center, 5401 Snyder Lane, Monday-Friday (only), between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

NOTE: NO dishes, pots, pans, or utensils are available. Users must provide their own equipment.

User is responsible for cleaning the Kitchen, not included in Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee.

 

APPLICATION PROCESS

Reservations for use of facilities must be made in person by an adult 21 years or older by contacting the Community Center, 5401 Snyder Lane, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. Telephone reservations will not be accepted.

Reservations for use of the facilities may be made up to a year in advance providing the deposit is paid. Cancellation of facility less than sixty (60) days prior will result in forfeiture of the deposit. An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for any cancellations prior to the sixty (60) day period. Fee for changing date is $25 and a change of date less than 60 days prior is considered a cancelation for purposes of this policy.

Reservations will not be accepted without a security deposit. The deposit is refundable after the use date and will be returned to the applicant in approximately 2 to 4 weeks, unless damages, additional maintenance repairs or services are assessed. The clean-up fee is non-refundable

Any group using city facilities must provide proof of insurance using the city's designated forms including any necessary endorsements for a minimum of $500,000 for property damage and public liability with The City of Rohnert Park named as additional insured. Those unable to purchase such insurance may contact the Community Services Department for assistance in obtaining it for an additional fee.

All reservations, required forms and payment of all fees (including insurance) must be made at least thirty (30) calendar days in advance of the event. A & B classification groups using the Community Center are limited to normal hours of operation (Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m.-9 p.m.).

The City reserves the right to cancel, reassign or otherwise adjust reservations to comply with the demands of its own programs, community programs, or emergency requirements.
