211 is a local hotline that provides information about a variety of services in Sonoma County, including housing, shelter and food. You can contact them by dialing 211 from any phone number with a 707 area code or visiting the 211 Sonoma website.
Rohnert Park HOST
The Rohnert Park Homeless Outreach Services Team (HOST), operated by Catholic Charities, provides services to individuals experiencing homelessness in Rohnert Park. Services include referral to housing and shelter programs, medical services, and mental health and substance use services. Unsheltered Friends Outreach
Unsheltered Friends Outreach (UFO) provides meals, clothing, toiletries, and other basic survival needs to individuals experiencing homelessness in Rohnert Park. They operate a weekly mobile shower trailer program on Wednesdays 11 am to 1 pm at Faith Community Church, located at 7352 Boris Court, Rohnert Park. Housing Waitlist
Many homeless service agencies in Sonoma County participate in "Coordinated Entry," a central waiting list for many housing programs. You can access Coordinated Entry through Rohnert Park HOST, or by contacting any of the homeless service providers listed on the County of Sonoma's website.
SHARE Sonoma County
SHARE Sonoma County is a local service provider that matches home-seekers who are either homeless or at-risk of homelessness with home-providers that have an extra room in their house. Learn more about this program online or call the SHARE main line at 707-766-8800.
