[ARCHIVED] Introducing our Newest Motor Officers

Please join us in congratulating Public Safety Officers Brittany Hawks and Kevin Angelesco, the newest members of our Traffic Unit! After completing an intensive 80-hour motor officer training course and countless hours of on-the-road preparation, both officers are now fully certified and ready to serve our community on two wheels.
Public Safety Officer Hawks also marks a historic milestone — she is currently the only female motor officer in Sonoma County and among the mere 0.2% of motor officers nationwide who are women. Her achievement is not only a testament to her skill, grit, and dedication but also an inspiration to young women everywhere who aspire to break barriers and pursue their dreams, no matter the field.
