Haunted House (Halloween Events)

The Haunt
Rohnert Park's Very Own Custom Haunted House Maze inside Spreckels Performing Arts Center

The Haunt is a Haunted House Maze that weaves in, out, and through the halls of the 40,000 square foot Spreckels Performing Arts Center located in the Community Center Complex at 5409 Snyder Lane. Experiencing this Haunted House only happens for one weekend a year, and this year we have three different opportunities to accommodate every level of scare (or not scare) seeker. See below and pick which option is for you!

Hauntfest

Brew and Scare Fest (Entry fee required) – The Haunt will be its scariest, goriest, darkest, and most chilling during this 2nd Annual Brew and Scare Fest on Friday, October 25 from 7-11pm. You must be 21 or older and hold a ticket the Brew and Scare Fest Event in order to enter The Haunt on this day. Specific entrance times into The Haunt must be selected at the time of purchase. Click here to purchase tickets to the Brew and Scare Fest and select the option that includes The Haunt.

Halloween Carnival

Halloween Carnival (FREE) – During the 6th Annual Halloween Carnival on Saturday, October 26 from 12-5pm, the Haunt will be rotate from “Scary” to “Not Scary” but both scenarios are designed for kids ages 12 and under (and adults who don’t like to be super scared). During the “Not Scary” times, all the lights will be turned on throughout the Haunt, all animatronics will be turned off, there will be no jump scarers or other actors in the space, and all projections will be turned off. Think of this time as walking through a Halloween Decoration Exhibit. It will still feel spooky, but kids ages 4 and up should have no problems. Any kids younger than that should enter based on parent/guardian perception of Halloween décor tolerance. During the “Scary” times, the lights will be turned back off and only the lights meant for The Haunt will be seen. Most of the animatronics will be turned back on. There will be very limited scarers throughout the space, and any of the projections that show gore will still be turned off. We don’t recommend children under the age of 8 go through during this time.

The Haunt

General Admission (Entry fee required): After the Halloween Carnival is closed and the venue has been cleaned up and cleared out, The Haunt will open to the general public from 7 to 10pm. The Haunt will be turned back into the terrifying, chill inducing experience that Brew and Scare Fest attendees went through on Friday night. Entrance into The Haunt is strongly discouraged for anyone under the age of 13. There is no holding back as this will the last opportunity to get spooked in The Haunt for 2024. Grab your friends to include The Haunt as part of your pre-Halloween Saturday night. Groups of 4 will be able to enter together to ensure the scariest experience. Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door. Tickets holders that purchase in advance will be guaranteed admission through a separate line. Click here to purchase now.

NOTE ABOUT COSTUMES: Costumes for any of three opportunities mentioned above are welcomed and encouraged, though not required. No costume masks will be allowed inside The Haunt for your safety and the safety of our scare team.
