Rohnert Park Road Preventive Maintenance Project - September 22, 2017
Snyder Lane Rehabilitation Project

The Contractor completed all the preparation work on Snyder Lane, including sidewalk work, wheelchair ramps, various utility lines, etc. Next week they will focus on the pavement. Starting next week, they will start to pulverize Snyder Lane from Keiser Avenue to Moura Lane. That could take all week. Then on Saturday (9/30), they will micro-crack the roadway. The following week of Oct 2nd , the contractor will overlay the road with new asphalt. Snyder Lane will remain open. As much as is practical, we will maintain 2 lanes opened, but there will be times in which one lane traffic operation will be required.

Redwood/Commerce Rehabilitation Project

The Contractor has been working at night. This week, they completed the digout repair on Redwood Drive, including the west leg of Redwood Dr. to Rohnert Park Expressway. Next week, they are scheduled to cap seal Redwood Dr. and Commerce Dr. Construction will take place during the day, but both roadways will remain open. However, significant delays can be expected at the major intersections along Redwood and Commerce. We ask the motorists to slow down, as there might be loose gravel on the road.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience. If you have further questions, please contact (916) 383-1756.
