Enhancements to Rohnert Park Expressway -  University District Development: Brookfield Homes

Contractors will continue performing utility and construction improvements on Rohnert Park Expressway between Snyder Lane and Petaluma Hill Road. In addition, please note there will be utility work be conducted at the intersection of Petaluma Hill Road and Rohnert Park Expressway. Temporary traffic control measures will be in place.

Allow extra time for your travels and make alternate travel arrangements if possible.

Rohnert Park Road Preventive Maintenance Project

The contractor has completed the road paving portion of the project. The entire operation went smoothly and was completed in a short amount of time. A big shout out to them for being able to complete the work quickly before the winter weather sets in. With the hardest part behind us, traffic delays will be minimal from this point on. Next week they will complete the traffic signal.

Crews continue to uncover utility covers, such as water valves and sewer manholes as well as working to seal the roadway along Redwood Drive. Work has been moved to a night operation.
