Country Club Drive- Eleanor to Hinebaugh Creek- Construction Update for June 2, 2021 - Special Mid-Week Update
 
(Please note that all schedules shown are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances)
 
Paving is scheduled to begin (June 3) and will last until June 11. Construction work will consist of 4 days of paving and 2-3 days of laying of asphalt. 
 
Traffic control procedures will be in place during this time. Motorists should expect possibly significant delays, and should try to avoid the area if possible. 
 
The following traffic control plan will be in place over the next two days (a revised traffic control plan will be implemented after this initial resurfacing phase, and will be described in an upcoming email update):
 
Thursday June 3 - Southbound Country Club Drive will be closed from Eleanor Street to Ellen Street for street re-surfacing.  Traffic will be detoured westbound on Daniel Drive to Eastbound Ellen Street.  To avoid this detour, please enter the Country Club Drive area from the south side, such as Rohnert Park Expressway.  Access to driveways in this area of Country Club Drive will be temporarily delayed during this phase of the work. 
 
Friday June 4 - Southbound Country Club Drive will be closed from Ellen Street to Santa Cruz Way for street re-surfacing.  Traffic will be detoured Westbound on Santa Dorotea Circle back to Country Club Drive at Emily Avenue.  To avoid this detour, please enter the Country Club Drive area from the south side, such as Rohnert Park Expressway.  Access to driveways in this area of Country Club Drive will be temporarily delayed during this phase of the work. 
 
With all of this work, nearby residents should expect construction noise, and motorists will experience traffic delays – your patience is appreciated! Please use additional caution when driving in or near the construction area.
