(All schedules shown are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances)

This week, street resurfacing work will continue with traffic control measures in place. ‘No Parking’ signs will be posted along the shoulder-side of the roadway (most street parking is OK on weekends and after work hours). The following schedule of traffic control measures will be in place during this week:

Monday, 6/7 - southbound Country Club Drive will be closed from Eleanor Avenue to Santa Cruz Way for street resurfacing. Southbound through traffic will be detoured east on Eleanor Avenue to south on Snyder Lane. Local traffic trying to access “D-Section” will use westbound Daniel Drive to Santa Dorotea Circle. All easterly side streets will be closed at their intersections with Country Club, and residents must use Santa Cruz Way or Eleanor Avenue to access “E-Section.” Access to driveways in this area of Country Club Drive will be temporarily delayed during this phase of the work. Ellen Street will also be closed to through traffic.

Tuesday, 6/8 - southbound Country Club Drive will be closed from Eleanor Avenue to Santa Cruz Way for street resurfacing. Southbound through traffic will be detoured east on Eleanor Avenue to south on Snyder Lane. Local traffic trying to access “D-Section” will use westbound Daniel Drive to Santa Dorotea Circle. Access to driveways in this area of Country Club Drive will be temporarily delayed during this phase of the work.

Wednesday, 6/9 - southbound Country Club Drive will be closed from Eleanor Avenue to Santa Cruz Way for street resurfacing. Southbound through traffic will be detoured east-bound on Eleanor Avenue to south-bound Snyder Lane.

When driving in the area please watch for and comply with all safety and detour signage and/or flaggers, and expect traffic delays and parking control.

The paving is a crucial part of this project and will cause some disruption to motorists and residents. However, detouring traffic this way has made the site safer for motorists and the workers, and also made the work more efficient for the contractor.

We are scheduled to finish paving by the end of the day on Wednesday, a day and a half ahead of schedule! Thank you for your patience! Please be sure to use additional caution when driving on Country Club Drive in this area.
