Rohnert Park Road Improvements Update for Week of September 7, 2021:

Keiser Avenue Improvements

Upcoming work (all schedules are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances)

For the next few weeks, work will continue on installation of curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and ramps through the entire project area. Crews will also begin testing the new underground utilities that have been installed. These activities are anticipated to continue through late September.

Keiser Avenue only accessible to residents, community garden visitors

During this project, Keiser Avenue between Snyder Lane and Kerry Road will remain closed to through-traffic, and open to residents and community garden visitors only. Access for these motorists is from Snyder Lane only. Residents of the Redwood Apartments have access from Petaluma Hill Road and Kerry Road. Your access will periodically be impacted by the construction activity, so please allow time for the contractor to accommodate your vehicles when you are entering and exiting the area.

As this work continues, residents in the area should expect work crews, equipment, trucks entering and exiting the area, noise, and dust. For your safety, please be aware of construction activity and equipment, and observe all traffic signs and any flagger instructions.
