[En Español abajo] This week the contractor has removed the asphalt from the site as well as completed preliminary cleaning of the area. Underground utilities including water, sewer and power are being placed and water saving landscape irrigation is also being laid where necessary. 

New streetlights will be installed and subgrade digging will also begin.

Esta semana, el contratista retiró el asfalto del sitio y completó la limpieza preliminar del área. Se están colocando servicios subterráneos que incluyen agua, alcantarillado y energía y también se está colocando riego de jardines que ahorra agua donde sea necesario.
