Enhancements to Snyder Lane and Rohnert Park Expressway

The City of Rohnert Park wants to make it easy for residents and businesses to stay informed about construction activity and ensure that you have the most current information.

Snyder Lane is now open. Temporary lane delineators are in place until final stripping can take place starting 9-12-16.

Median landscape work starting Monday 8-29-2016, will result in roving one lane closures north and south on Snyder Lane. One lane traffic in both directions will be open at all times. Follow traffic control signage.

University District Development: Brookfield Homes – Limited access to Oak View Apartments

Continuing this week, there will be traffic control measures in place between Snyder Lane and Petaluma Hill Road on Rohnert Park Expressway to accommodate construction associated with the University District Development.

Construction activities have begun adjacent to the Oak View Apartments for the widening of Rohnert Park Expressway. Expect delays and make alternate arrangements if possible.

The driveway along Rohnert Park Expressway into Oak View apartments will be closed until the week of November 2nd. We will keep you updated as to the actual date this access will be reopened.

In the meantime, a flagger will be stationed at the intersection of Medical Center Drive and Snyder Lane to facilitate access into and out of the Apartments during school hours. Signs will be posted along Rohnert Park Expressway to inform drivers that the driveway on Rohnert Park Expressway is closed and that the access will be via Medical Center Drive.
