University District Development: Brookfield Homes: Limited access to Oak View Apartments removed! Driveway reopens 12/16.

The driveway at Oak View Apartments on Rohnert Park Expressway will reopen on December 16th. Please note that there will be No Left Turn onto eastbound Rohnert Park Expressway. Drivers can make a right turn out of the driveway and then make a U-turn at the Snyder Lane intersection.   

Work will continue and traffic control measures remain in place between Snyder Lane and Petaluma Hill Road on Rohnert Park Expressway to accommodate construction associated with the University District Development. New street lighting, storm drain work and concrete work will be performed next week. 

Expect delays and make alternate arrangements if possible.
