University District Development: Brookfield Homes

Please note for this coming week: The Developer's contractor will be lowering an existing water main to allow for the installation of a storm water filtration unit along Rohnert Park Expressway. The work is being performed behind the current traffic control measures. Portions of the Vast Oaks Apartment Complex will be without water on Tuesday, February 14th from 8:00 a.m. for approximately 8 hours. Notifications are being distributed to the Oak View Management for those affected tenants.

If weather conditions allow, work may resume on the street lighting efforts as well. Traffic control measures will remain in place between Snyder Lane and Petaluma Hill Road on Rohnert Park Expressway to accommodate construction associated with the University District Development. Expect delays and make alternate travel arrangements if possible.
