[En Espanol abajo] The Inaugural Class of Leadership Rohnert Park (Class of 2020) is thrilled to help launch Petaluma People Services Center (PPSC) Mentor Me in the Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District this coming school year! Leadership Rohnert Park is a group of twenty Rohnert Park community leaders who recently graduated from a 10-month long civic leadership training program sponsored by the City of Rohnert Park.

Leadership Rohnert Park recognizes the significant value mentoring provides young people, especially those in difficult circumstances. Far too many young people in our community have parents and loved ones who work multiple jobs so they can put a roof over their heads and food on their tables. Many young people feel disconnected and out of place in a world that is always connected online. Leadership Rohnert Park decided to make a difference in the lives of young people by bringing PPSC Mentor Me to the Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District.

¡La Clase Inaugural de Leadership Rohnert Park (Clase de 2020) se complace en ayudar a lanzar el Petaluma People Services Center (PPSC) Mentor Me - en el Distrito Escolar Unificado de Cotati-Rohnert Park este próximo año escolar! Leadership Rohnert Park es un grupo de veinte líderes de la comunidad de Rohnert Park que se graduaron recientemente de un programa de capacitación en liderazgo cívico de 10 meses de duración patrocinado por la Ciudad de Rohnert Park.

Leadership Rohnert Park reconoce el importante valor que la tutoría proporciona a los jóvenes, especialmente a los que se encuentran en circunstancias difíciles. Muchísimos jóvenes en nuestra comunidad tienen padres y seres queridos que trabajan en múltiples empleos para poder dar un techo donde vivir y llevar alimentos a sus mesas. Muchos jóvenes se sienten desconectados y fuera de lugar en un mundo que siempre está conectado en línea. Leadership Rohnert Park decidió hacer una diferencia en las vidas de los jóvenes trayendo a PPSC Mentor Me al Distrito Escolar Unificado de Cotati-Rohnert Park.
