The work will take place at the Rohnert Park City Hall, located at 130 Avram Avenue, Rohnert Park. The work is generally described as follows:
Demolition/removal of existing roofing, coping caps, HVAC systems & ducting on the roof and throughout the building, interior lights & lighting controls, and all associated equipment and accessories; removal and disposal of solar mounting system; replacing designated roofing with new built-up roofing and insulation; providing new roof drains and coping caps at designated locations; providing new seismic expansion joints at designated areas of work; providing and installing new HVAC equipment and associated electrical equipment as designated on mechanical and electrical plans.
The Contractor must have a valid California contractor’s Class B license. Contractor and all subcontractors will be required to obtain a City Business license. The Engineer’s estimate for this Project estimate is $1,510,000.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 9:00AM at 130 Avram Avenue, Rohnert Park. For those who have attended the pre-bid conference, additional site visits can be scheduled if the City is notified twenty-four (24) hours in advance.

A hard copy of the drawings and specifications may be obtained from Draftech for a non-refundable fee.
