The work is described generally as an upgrade to approximately 1,900 linear feet of Southwest Boulevard between the Commerce Boulevard roundabout and 300 feet east of the Adrian Drive intersection. The project includes pavement rehabilitation, additional landscape including newly constructed medians, sound wall repair, and reconfiguration of travel lanes.
The Contractor must have a valid California contractor's license, a Class A license. The Engineer’s estimate for this project is $3,000,000.

A prebid conference will be held at 2:00 PM, March 12, 2024 at the intersection of Southwest Boulevard and College View Avenue. Attendance at the prebid conference is non-mandatory for all prime contractors submitting a bid. Additional site visits can be scheduled if the City is notified 24 hours in advance.
